  • Breakfast is a lighter, self-serve affair — One guest describes cereal, toast and cake left out with a coffee machine; another describes breakfast at a nearby bar with a croissant and a drink.

“The room and bathroom were nicely designed. Breakfast was self-service, with cereal, toast and cake left out and a coffee machine for fresh coffee, which worked well for us. The roof terrace was a plus, and there was a laptop available for checking news, holiday plans and email. The stay felt comfortable and central, with good cafes and bistros close by – especially the pizza place next door – and the Colosseum a five-minute walk away, as was Via Nazionale for buses. The owner was very helpful; I'd recommend this B&B without hesitation.”

“The location was very good, close to the Roman Forum.”

“I didn't want to leave – I had a lovely time and would strongly recommend it. The little hotel is charming and stylish, set in an elegant building, and my room was well decorated with air conditioning. The location was excellent, about four to six minutes' walk from Via dei Serpenti, and the centre was a 15-minute stroll away.”

“Clean, comfortable and a fair price for where it is. The shower was a decent size and the staff were friendly and helpful.”

“Everything was very pleasant. The location is great – the Colosseum is visible as soon as you step out of the door – with good restaurants nearby and boutique shops a street away. There are also plenty of bars on the weekend with a young crowd.”

“The room was exactly the right size for our family of three, with great decor. The bedroom, kitchen and bathroom were very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect and made getting to certain sights much easier. I'd recommend this B&B to friends and family visiting Rome.”
